"I recently ordered a Kor One hydration vessel from this store and I have been waiting over a month for my shipment because they had a miscount at their facility, even then Kor stated that the items would be shipped out on the 28th of February and it is now March 7th and still no bottle from this store not even a shipping confirmation which they said it would be next week. It just seems like they keep saying next week, next week, next week. Its pretty ridiculous that I have waited this long, if I would have pre-ordered it through Kor I would have had the product by now. But with this store I have yet to even receive a shipping confirmation. The reason I ordered them through this store was because I was unsure if Kor was going to make anymore and I wanted one and Koyono was the only site that had them listed at the time because Kor was out of stock. If I would have known that they would be getting more in stock I would have just waited instead of going through all this trouble."
"I have ordered backpacks from this store and I have to say I'm very dissapointed how they handle customers service. First of all during the order there was no mention of backorder till I did tracking a week later to see my order process.
They don't answer your emails unless you practically have to spam them with emails. Sure you get an auto reply saying you will be contacted within 24 or 48 hours, but I only got 2 replies after sending a dozens of mails. I have requested a refund since I was waiting for 4 weeks! and a paid very expensive shipping costs for that. My credit card has already been charged and it has been a week or more now since I sent the cancellation and stil no reply.
This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I don't expect my mail to be answered within 5 minutes but after 1 week still no reply?
I'll never order from this store again."
"I ordered a slimmy and I haven't had any problems with it so far. It took longer to ship out because they were apparently backordered even though this wasn't mentioned on their site, but customer service was polite and helpful about the issue and it still came within a reasonable amount of time. No big deal. I would do business with them again."
"I ordered a BlackCoat-T shirt from koyono and was very pleased with the quality and design. Unfortunately the shirt developed a rip in the seam after less than 3 weeks use. When I contacted koyono I was plesently suprised by the way they resolved my problem quickly and effectively.
They say you can only really judge a company by how well they perform when there is a problem. Based on how koyono resolved my problems I wouldnt hesitate to shop there again or recommend them to anyone. "
