"I placed an order online for a Followspot. I expected some emails with confirmation and shipping status to follow. But after a week of not hearing anything from KPODJ, I decided to call them to get the status. I spoke to a nice guy that told me it was shipped "last Thursday" (I had called on Monday). They didn't have a tracking number but would let me know when they have one. The next day I get an email directly from FedEx letting me know that an item from Chauvet had just started its process and would arrive at my address a week later. So according to FedEx, it wasn't shipped until the day after I called. A week later, I received the item and it works great. I'm happy with the product. I never did get any emails from KPODJ with order confirmations or shipping status. I'm not sure if that's normal. I've purchased from KPODJ before but was 5 years ago so I don't remember the exact details of that order. I like the discount prices that KPODJ provides and the guy on the phone seemed really nice. I just would like to see better communications with their customers about orders placed."
