Shipping
Shipping was prompt! I was happy to be able to track the package via EGL's website and checked it daily. The local delivery was a little rocky. I called to re-schedule delivery from a Thursday to a Friday, spoke with someone who confirmed the change but the change was not made. I was fortunate to be able to drive home from work on Thursday to receive the shipment. The delivery person called my home twice to say he was there and no one was home. He asked me to call him back on his cell but both times he did not leave a number. I called the shipping company and asked them to contact the delivery person to return to my home to make the delivery -- which they did.

The shipping box was severely damaged on the outside. One corner was crushed, about the size of a large foot print. There were several tears and indentations on the outside of the box, which I noted on the air bill as instructed by Kraft Music. However, the packing material so effectively insulated the product, the inside was completely undamaged and the instrument was intact.
