"Tried to purchase a PC copy of Battlefield 4 only to get an email with a .txt attachment saying I would get my CD key within 24-72 hours. On top of this, I was charged in GBP so with the exchange rate and my credit card company's foreign transaction fee, I ended up paying as much as I would have anywhere else. "I used this site in Feb 2012. At that time I ordered 2 games which I recieved quickly. Because of that experience I ignored all the bad reviews. I ordered BF4, got a text saying I would recieve my code within 72 business hours(Keep in mind it never stated that is out of stock or I would have never pruchased it in the first place). A week later and 7 emails with 0 response I have clearly been ripped off. He responded very quickly when I had a question about the language prior to purchasin the game. "On Saturday 12th October I paid for an Xbox Live 12 month subscription. I had an email telling me I may have to wait for up to 72 hours. Not impressed as if the product had not been in stock and not instantly ready to be sent by email, I'd have used another site.

As it happens, this has proved to be the least of my problems. I am still waiting for the code. I have sent 4 emails to these jokers and the only reason I had a response was due to the fact, in my fourth email I sent them a facebook group page I had set up - stating facts. No response from the three emails prior.

I would say Kumbaso should not be trading, but that would suggest (by using the term trade) there has been an exchange of money / services or goods.

Up to this point, it just appears I have been ripped off. Paid money - no goods. "

"This place is a SCAM and CROOKS. I reported them to the police in England after the facebook page for them stated that is where they are from. But, from what I found out, this site moves all over the world. They take money and either give out stolen keys or simply never send you the key. They they sent me files claiming they were my code; however the contents of the file the codes were supposed to be in read "thank you for your purchase your codes will be sent within 24-72 hours". After 5 Days and no codes I sent them an email asking them what was up. Their reply was that they wanted a copy of my drivers licensee and proof of address! I responded telling them their request for my personal information was not right. After 10 days of no xbox live they refunded my money. They never emailed me to inform me. Terrible company, terrible service; possibly fraudulent. I should have just used Amazon rather than try and save $4."

"I purchased a Skyrim key from this website, skeptically. The website indicated that it was in stock, and that it would be immediately available to download upon purchase. This was a complete lie.

I got an email with a link to download a file, this file was thankyou.txt which basically said "if your cd key is not emailed to you within 15 minutes then you will get it a bit later."

I did receive another email after that one, which lead me to download another file from elsewhere, which again was just a text file saying "if the cd key does not appear in this message then you will get it later."

it has been more than a week since all that. I sent an email yesterday asking for a refund, unless it could be delivered soon. no response.

I'm posting this same review everywhere i can in hopes that they see it and respond. If they don't, then it's my $15 down the drain, which is unacceptable. There's no way all of the positive reviews on this site are true.

I learned my lesson. Don't buy steam keys like this, just shell out full price. If you really want it for cheap, you're going to end up with a foreign key, which can still be activated using VPN, but you should try to get it from a primary source where they are guaranteed to deliver it to you once your order is complete."
