"This may be the single worst purchase I have done over the Internet. Made a simple ammo order 12/27/17 on 1/418 was informed the ammo that I bought was not available due to manufacturer not blue to supply- asked for a similar price on another product and was told it would ship 1/5/18. On 1/15/18 I contacted KGC and asked if my shipment would leave the building soon, they say it had. Then why did the tracking front he company not reflect it -because they never checked or followed any shipping manifest. They tell me they have to go after UPS and wait a few days for it to be resolved. Three weeks later I send another email asking about the issue Nd am told it will settle tomorrow - it does and now, 6 weeks after the order my in stock product is finally on the way. Customer Service calls and let’s me know and says they are sending a $25 gift card for my trouble. Order finally arrives-sans gift card. No gift card is in mail over the next week either. Too many good, dependable suppliers to use to go through this kind of poor service.

Was told that I would be informed if they could th ship it. A week after the order was placed I called to check status. Wad told that the ffl had not sent it in there paperwork but they had and it was found when i called. I was told the order would ship or right away. It didn't. I called again and ff was told that there was a problem with the magazine and our state law. Was told the hold up was my fault because I didn't know the laws in my state.
