"My first experience with Ky. Gun Co. was off the charts good. First off, they had a very hard to find pistol (Dan Wesson Specialist, duty coat) at a reasonable cash price. I placed my order on 1/2/13. I then called the following day to confirm my order and ask about sending a money order and shipping times. They informed me that they were behind 2-3 weeks on shipping, which I expected from all the panic buying going on. I sent my money order by regular mail on 1/3/13. On Monday 1/7/13 I received a tracking number, and my FFL in GA received it on Wednesday 1/9/13. That my friends, is excellent service. I will definitely do business with them again!"

"I helped a friend order a Sig Sauer 2022 in .40 Cal(This was his first online gun purchase). This took place on Dec. 20, 2012. He just received an email today Jan. 14, 2013 saying that the gun was not in stock now. Although he received a full refund, I expect better customer service than this."
"I know it is a rough time for any firearm dealer with all the talk of "gun control". With that being said, I ordered a warehouse item and knew it would take a little while to recieve. The only bad thing is that the FFL Dealer part of the website is not updated to reflect the info that is sent to them. A friend ordered a firearm 4 weeks before myself and sent all of his FFL dealers paperwork into Kentucky Gun. When I ordered on Dec 14th, the info of the same FFL dealer was not on the site. I had to send all of the FFL's paperwork in again. I think it should have been on file. It was a hassel to get everyone on the same page. Maybe it is not done until there are a few orders shipped to a certain Dealer. Overall, very happy with the firearm, price and customer service. I will use KGC again in the future."
"Terrible service and shipping time!!! Placed an online order on 12/04/12, company website said that the guns were in stock or at another warehouse. I have been waiting 6 weeks now and no guns. I have called two times and have sent an email on their company forum asking for help. I understand that every gun company is swamped with business , especially now. The reason I placed the order with KGC was that the items were supposedly in stock. I did place a second order on the same day and it was shipped within a timely manner. It makes me wonder if the remaining ordered items were really "in stock". Either way I now have lost the opportunity to find the guns in stock from other dealers."
