"In a world where I buy more and more things online I get worried when I have to call a company and get "live" service, but when I called recently to talk to someone at Kentucky Gun Company about a recent purchase I'd received I was blown away by how great they handled things. When I called in they transferred me to Bailey. I explained to him why I was calling and without hesitation he said to send him some additional details and he would look into it and if he couldn't resolve my problem to my satisfaction he would be happy to replace my purchase or return my money!!! No questions asked! I sent him an email with my details per his request and he CALLED me back within minutes then followed up by email an hour later and again later that day to make sure things worked out fine. I could not be happier with my dealings with KYGUNCO. I'm a customer for life!!
Bailey, I hope you get to see this or better yet I hope you boss does. You're an asset to that company and the service you provided is the reason I'll be back again and again.

"My first experience dealing with Kentucky Gun Company and I give them a somewhat mixed rating. On the product itself, it was at a fairly good price and it shipped from warehouse reasonably prompt. Customer service inquiries, both via telephone and email, were responded to quickly and courteously. On the debit side, there was not a confirmation of shipping message with tracking number sent, and I had to request this be sent to me; also, there was a modest price reduction on the item that I purchased within days of placing my order, and they were unwilling to grant a price adjustment on my order (which I believe is a standard practice of most other online gun sale competiters). All and all, buying experience OK but could be a bit better. "

"My experience with Kentucky Gun Co. was great; I placed an order online for a gun that was/is virtually hard to find through out the country, a Ruger American .308. They were in the middle of relocating their warehouse and I thought that was really going to delay my order; I know that just about any other company it would have been delayed by weeks if not months, but it was only a extra day which was not bad in my opinion. I also called their store and received great customer service, the gentleman that answered the phone was able to answer all of my questions and didn't have to place me on hold or transfer me.
