"Kentucky Gun Co. was extremely efficient. Perhaps the most efficient of any online company I have ever dealt with. They could not have shipped the order any quicker than they did.

I did have a problem with the order and they resolved that extremely fast as well. The gun I order turned out to be illegal in California, a fact that even the president of the manufacturer was unaware of. Consequently the FFL would not release the gun to me. I called up KY Gun Co and explained what happened. They immediately sent the FFL a shipping label and the FFL returned it the same day. KY Gun Co refunded my payment minus the shipping quickly as well. Great customer service. This puts KY Gun Co on my preferred vendors list.

I do have a recommendation on what KY Gun Co can improve. It would have been perfect if they had posted a reminder in the gun listing and in the check out screens to check if the gun is legal in the state one lives. I usually do check but I neglected that time. I know I should have checked but a first time buyer might have gotten really irritated since they haven't been through the procedures before."
