I ordered a Ruger SR556C and a green dot sight. I got the Ruger, but the green dot sight had been replaced by a bipod that I had no need for.
The shipping document had been manually updated to cross out the catalog number of the item I ordered (and paid for) and replaced with an item 1/3rd the price that I didn't want. When I called customer service - they were closed.
