"AHH A NIGHTMARE!! They sent me a broken badge reel, I called to get it replaced (I understand mistakes happen) and they insisted it went through a checkpoint process and they couldnt replace it. Customer service was a nightmare and they had no interest in fixing the problem. Stay away!!"
