"I purchased $30 of product and paid $6.95 shipping plus tax for a total of $41. I live 15 mins away. It has been 5 days and I still have not received my order. I am being told it will take up to 9 days to get it. That is NOT ok. USPS Priority mail 2-3 days is $6.95, please FIX this! "
"I ordered this product 18 days ago on Jan 3, 2019. I was told when I ordered it that I should have it in 3-9 business days. We are still waiting for it to arrive. I emailed the company last week and asked for an update. I got no response. So today I called them. I was told by their customer service rep that she really couldn’t do anything about it and I will have to be patient and wait at least 2 more days for her to even be willing to look into it. I paid more in shipping than the item actually cost. This came out to $13.90 for one plain white switch plate. The customer rep’s suggestion was next time I should pay for expedited shipping if I need my item quick or by a certain date. I didn’t need it by a certain date, nor did I need it quickly, but I do need it or I wouldn’t have ordered it. This will be my last order from this company and I can not recommend them. "
"We dealt specifically with Kelley and she was the worst service we've ever received from any dealer. Do not order from Kyle Switch plates. We are even going directly to the manufacturer to complain about their poor service. Be warned."
"searched high and low for a 4 way switch in nickel plating, all out of stock from every website....except on KYLE.com they showed they had them in stock, boy did i think i was lucky, so i hurried and ordered them. the next day i received an email saying that the switches were on backorder from the manufacturer for 3 weeks!!!! Upset was I? Absolutely. Kyle got my $45 for switches this time, but his website and disorganized reputation will suffer by poor reviews, horrible way to run a business"
"Ordered a single switch plate, paid $6.95 for the plate and $6.95 for the shipping. Tracked the shipment to our Post Office, that is when the delay started. Over a week at the post office, called Kyle, got the Manager/Owner/Customer person on the phone, told me she was the only manager type person available so I proceeded to ask where my order was. She told me what I already knew, and then said, the delivery could take up to 3 weeks from the post office because unfortunately the post office often doesn't deliver their shipments right away. So, this is a condition they are aware of and obviously don't care. When I asked for my money back, she informed me that I would have to wait the full 3 weeks and then call them back and they could start a refund. "

While they did quickly ship the products I ordered when 1/3 of the switches I received were either mis-labeled or defective I called them to try to straighten it out and the trouble started.
I spoke with their customer service representative, Adrian, and she informed me I was not qualified to determine if the wrong switch was in the package or if a switch was defective. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she advised me that she was the supervisor and she proceeded to tell me that I would have to contact GE directly to get warranty on the parts.
I contacted GE, I spoke with a very helpful customer service representative who said that if I could get an order reference or a PO number from Kyle Switch Plates he could ship me replacements for my switches directly. I then contacted Kyle Switch Plates and was told that they would not give me the info so I could deal with GE directly, although they previously told me that I had to deal with GE. Now it appears that I am stuck with bad product and no way to correct the situation.
I would never do business with this company again and would advise anyone else to give it serious consideration before they were to place an order with them!
