"It's been a couple of months since I ordered from Kyle's, so I feel like I've had the appropriate time to let things stew and cancel out any emotions I may have had from receiving my product. So if there's an unbiased, rational review of his store out there, this should be it.

I have to be honest, when I first ordered from Kyle's I was a bit nervous. I found his web store online via a discussion forum and since I'd never even heard of Kyle's, much less ever done business with him, I almost decided not to order from him at all. However, when I saw the price he had on the firearm I wanted to purchase, I'd never forgive myself if I didn't give it a shot.

In a bit of indecision (I'm still a cautious online shopper), I sat on the decision for the next few days and debated paying more for my gun at a larger, in state retailer with a fine reputation and a lot of repeat business. Ultimately though, I went the frugal route and the rest is history.

Before my package ever went out, I got my standard e-mail invoice with a note from the business owner thanking me for my business and apologizing for being so busy that he hadn't sent his thanks in a stand alone e-mail. Impressive of itself, I guess.

I didn't have any real questions, as I'd done a lot of my own research and so I waited on my package. It arrived on schedule, as advertised, and even though I can't necessarily credit Kyle's, no worse for the wear due to shipping.

I think it says a lot that I chose Kyle's even though I live a hop and a skip from Fort Campbell, where there are a multitude of gun shops that I could have procured the same gun from and gotten it home much faster than next day air. I have to credit this to his excellent customer service, ridiculous prices, business acumen, and honesty.

Easily my best online shopping experience.

So, to recap:

Customer Service: 5/5; We live at a time when it still takes some places 24-48 hours just to process your order. I had heard from Kyle and had my order long gone by then. Another plus, I never really felt like I was just another customer. With just one e-mail personally acknowledging my order, I felt like he really wanted my business. You can say that about a lot of small businesses, but not at that price.

Pricing: 5/5; The lowest price I found on the gun I bought that I could find after over 6 months of research on the firearm...by more than 20 bucks.

Shipping: 5/5; Product arrived in the earlier half of the shipping window as described, what more could you ask for?

Overall: 5/5. The best in the business. Small business care with big business pricing. I've yet to see someone match it."
