"Great great customer service. I ordered a Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro from them. Unfortunately they called me 3 days after I had ordered it to inform me that it was only the international version which would not be fully compatible with some bands here in the U.S. Knowing this, I had to cancel the order unfortunately, and I received my money back in no time. Even though I was disappointed that they didn't have the U.S. version of the phone I wanted, I greatly appreciated their notification to inform me that it was a phone that I may have not been satisfied with. Something that many online stores rarely do because of their priority for sales rather than customer satisfaction. L2D2 Online's customer service is honest and helpful. I would like to give a big thanks to John, I believe that was the sales rep' I talked with, for notifying me about the product and being honest. Not only do they have great prices on many of the phones, they have great customer service as well. "I would never recommend this vendor, nor would I ever order from them again. I placed my order with them on October 12, and paid quite a bit for second day shipping. Eight days later I still had not received my order, nor had I been notified of any delay in processing my order. I sent an email requesting a status update. Five more days passed with no reply, so I sent an email requesting that they cancel my order. Three days after that I was notified that my order was backordered. I repeated my request to cancel this order. Three days after that I received an email letting me know that my order had shipped. I did receive the product 2 days later, but if I am paying for 2nd day delivery, I don't think that it is an unreasonable assumption that I would get the item 2 days after the order is placed, not over 20 days later. I am furious with the service that I received from this customer, and would not recommend purchasing from them again"

"I would look elsewhere before ordering here. I ordered HP Touchpad on 9/6 via L2D2 website. I patiently waited for the item to ship. I noticed the company had plenty posted on Amazon and eBay but was cheaper on their own site with coupon code. I waited 2 days and emailed support. I was told it would ship in 1-2 business days. I waited another 4 days and contacted them by email with no reply. I finally decided to call them Tuesday, September 13, 2011. The person I spoke to told me he will push the order through and ship it that day. I did receive a tracking # later that evening and it arrived in 2 days as I am not far from NY. The box was properly packaged and arrived as promised
I just could not recommend this company. I buy from many online sellers and it took these guys over a week to ship one small box and it didn't happen until I called an asked where my order was. "

"a little slow on the shipping.. on it's way to be on the 4th business day after placing order. I can accept that. My biggest concern was the product photo showed an item (AC charger) that I later found was not included. so I feel a bit misled having chosen to order from L2D2 based on what I perceived as a much lower price for the unit I needed. Admittedly the product description hinted that the user needs to supply a charger. The picture said otherwise. Will probably try elsewhere next time."
