"I never received my order after several attempts to contact Leon Rao, creator and owner of LashMantra. She stated on 4-5 separate occasions that she has sent them, will send them, or has already sent them and they are on their way when I don't think they ever were or ever will be. Of course, my review will change somewhat if I do get it but it has already been two and a half months and going. I ordered my product the end of May and it is now the middle of August. She said several other people are missing their orders as well. How she thinks this is okay is beyond me because even if I would receive my product somehow, miraculously, I don't think I would be a repeat customer after this whole experience.
Never let a seller talk you out of a PayPal dispute, especially if there's not some form of reliable contact on their page! And if the page isn't updated, if there's no response to contact forms, if the reviews are hand selected, if the reviews are a year old, etc. Although I did find her India number through WHOIS and I will post it below for anybody else whose had problems and would like to try that number. I'd still like to receive the product since it does seem to be a good value for what it is, but if I never get the item, it's not a very good value at all and an expensive lesson learnt for me. I'm out $66 and no product to rave about.

EDIT: After calling, they said they would ship out with tracking on next Monday. Will definitely change review if they follow through. I was informed 3 orders have been damaged during shipment, I guess mine was one of them.
