"My car was damaged, the shuttle was late, the area was dark and nearly impossible to find at night, their price jumped ten dollars from reservation to pickup, their staff was rude and seemingly ignorant of what to do about a damaged vehicle. Zero stars"
"NEVER EVER USE THIS PARKING LOT! They steal from your vehicle and damage your vehicle. When you sign their contract, they hold you liable for all items in the car. I left their lot and found that they had stolen my navigation dvd from the trunk of my Mercedes. This isn't like leaving change in the dash or cd's in the disc player. Stealing the navigation processor is like stealing the motor or the passenger side door, except you don't know it until you're on the road. I left their lot, realized my navigation wasn't working, and called them on the way home. Don't expect any response to any claim you make is something goes wrong. They also cracked the glass on my third rear light. They claim to have cameras that watch everything and a person who reviews the tapes. You won't get your stuff back or money for what has been damaged or taken. DO NOT USE THEM!"
"This was a terrible experience. Waited at the airport for a shuttle for ages as other car park shuttles continuously circled. Once at the lot, the staff were openely hostile, the initial quote for leaving the car was forgotten and it was a higher amount that had to be paid. The state of the car was completely unaccaptable, it was so filthy, it could not be driven off the lot without several attempts at wiping away the dirt from the windscreen. The staff by this stage refused to even acknowledge my presense and just stared at a TV. When I complained, I was told to "get out, you're cheap, you didn't order a car wash", this after paying a substantial amount of money. I asked for the manager, who repeated the refrain. On driving of the lot, I checked the mileometer and discovered that over 2000 miles had been added to the clock in the two months the car was supposed to be sitting still in the car park! These guys are crooks."
"EXTREMELY SHADY - HIDDEN CHARGES - STAY AWAY!
I made an online reservation at a $6.49/day + tax rate for 11 days from this lot even after reading the reviews (how bad could it be right?) After returning from my trip they tacked on an extra $36 in fees and other "charges" even though my reservation clearly stated the $6.49/day rate. They would not release my car w/o paying. STAY AWAY, these guys are shady they will tack on all sorts of charges after you return and since they have your keys, you really don't have much recourse...
And oh yeah, shuttle took over an hour for pickup... "
"This place is good. I travel a lot, so the last thing I want to do is spend $20/day to have my car sit somewhere; this is by far one of the cheapest places around. I had a very polite driver on the way to LAX, got me to my terminal with plenty of time to spare. Admittedly, it did take them quite a while to pick me back up, but understandably so, as the van was filled almost to capacity. Lesson learned - call them soon after you land.
This parking place is just fine. It's horrible what happened to the woman with the accident, and I'm sure that's an isolated incident, but other than that, people who complain about having to wait a long time - it's one of the busiest airports in the world, what do you expect? - and for those who don't know about taxes, this is America buddy, we all have to pay them."
"We parked at LAX Park Place on June 19. Taking their shuttle into LAX was like Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. In an act of belligerence, the very foreign driver chose to collide HARD with another motorist who was trying to change lanes. He wasn't considering the fact that he had a full-load of passengers and luggage...he just wasn't going to let that guy in! We all flew on the floor and I sustained a whiplash that caused significant pain during my business trip and required several chiropractic visits upon my return.
And, upon my return I attempted to communicate with the slick, slimy Arab boy who calls himself Sean (just who he thinks he's kidding?). He was rude and abrupt and he called me a stupid old lady and accused me of lying...that the accident never happened...that I would have to take it up with the guy who their driver hit...all the Arab immigrant crap that he could spew forth. When I stood fast, he promised that Akeef or Robert would be calling me. Of course that never happened and they refuse to take my call.
The City needs to inspect their business records and shut them down. The ICE needs to pay these intruders a visit. All of the owners and employees of this dreadful company just need to get out of my country.
"
"Do no to to this place! They have really deceitul marketing tactics to draw in people that are in a hurry. They are counting on the fact that you will be in a hurry and won't read the fine print. You get charged a $5 internet service fee and an additional city tax that wasn't include in the total. But, O didn't you read the fine ** print where its sayss '**Does not include city tax'. And when I explain to the employee my frustration he yelled at me."
"One of the services of this company is to take you from the airport to the site where they store your car. I called them four times, and each time they promised that the shuttle would show up within minutes. The shuttle never showed in over an hour, so I took a taxi to the storage site. I complained about this to the manager, who responded by yelling. He also charged me more than the price we had agreed upon when I first arrived to store the car."
