"We ordered a chair, loveseat and sofa. When it arrived the leather was very wrinkled and there was a deep depression in the armrest of the chair.
Basically all corners were damaged. So we tried to contact them but they did not answer (la furniture). So we had to make a desicion and did not accept the whole thing. Than after a few days we tried to contact them again, they said they would call back but they never did (5x). So we had to return the call everytime! And than they came up with the excuse that the wrinkles were from transporting the furniture in a pressurized container and that after a certain time ( whatever that is) will dissapear. So they said now we had to pay a 20% restocking fee!!! Need to pay the shipment to them (450 bucks!!!!!). And now we had to pay the shipping to us (another 350). While we had free shipping at first!!! That is just a disgrace and we notified mastercard to claim the money!!! Bad bad bad bad bad store. They even told us "shat to expect for $1299!!!!!!)

"I was kind of hesitant to buy furniture online as it was my first time. I would have felt much more at ease buying from an actual store and seeing the furniture for myself. When I placed my order it said the estimated delivery time would be 1-3 weeks, it was approaching the 3rd week and I was getting kind of worried, I called them up and they told me they shipped my bed already. turns out the email with tracking number was in my spam box and missed it.
the bed arrived and the delivery guy dropped it off outside the house. My husband and I had to assemble the bed ourselves. The finished bed looks great. Instructions were easy to follow. Quality is great. There was a little scuff on the leatherette headboard but it was on the bottom near the footrail so you couldn't see it. My experience was good nonetheless as a first time buyer of furniture online. I would buy again if I had the money!

"I paid a full price for a damaged sofa with a missing pillow! I bought my sofa in March and gave them more than 2 months to fix the problem. All I asked was for them to get it prepared. They kept telling me that they are ordering a part and they will get it fixed, but they never did. So, I kept calling and lastly I sent them an e-mail stating that I would report them to the BBB if they don't contact me about this, and they still didn't contact me! Only because I reported them to the BBB, they called me the next day and told me ,again, that they are ordering the part and the pillow.. and that they will get it fixed. Remember! Once they contact you, BBB sends you an e-mail to see if the company resolved the issue. Don't state in your response that they resolved it until they actually do resolve it. I responded stating that they did call me but I wouldn't believe it until I see it. And, just like I said, I didn't hear from the company again. They know how to trick the process of the BBB!!! After your response, BBB closes the case saying that the company resolved the issue. So, I contacted the BBB again and reopened the case!! they called again with the same story; we'll see if they actually deliver this time! They wasted so much of my time and patients that I didn't even enjoy the sofa. I get mad every time I look at it for stupidly paying full price for a half price worth furniture and doing business with such lying and dishonest company! I think they should refund my money back, but knowing how they operate I am not even requesting a refund. I will,however, post my opinion and experience anywhere I see fit on the internet to let others know not to believe these guys!! Please don't give up on your complaints with the BBB and follow up on them!!! I can't believe they still have an 'A' rating!! but I won't rest until they get the lower rating they deserve!"

"I ordered a table on May 4th with expected delivery time 2-3 weeks. 2-3 weeks later I called to check on the status, it had not yet been shipped, although the guy said it was in stock. On June 9 my table finally arrived - destroyed in shipment.

In the past nine days I have attempted to contact "customer service" via phone, email, livechat, or "contact us" 14 times to resolve the matter. I spoke with someone on the first attempt and 14th attempt - nothing in between and no progress had been made and I had never been contacted by them.

If I ever get a table I'll let you know if rating changes, but as of now it's zero stars.

"My boss got a very very nice coffee table from this guys and I couldn't help myself and ordered one for me also.

It's very well crafted with much care for details and finishing touches. It was delivered in one piece with no scratches or any kind of damage at the promised date.

It was pretty cheap comparing it to other "similar" coffee tables.

Overall i would give it 5/5
