" I ordered a few things, including a pistol light I needed within 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of useless terms when I checked the order's status, I called and cancelled the order. I made it clear why. I was told that for unknown reasons the order had not transferred to the shipping dept. A couple days later I got an email notification saying the order had shipped. I assumed this was another mistake.
A few days later, the order was delivered. The pistol light and another item did not fit as advertised, so I initiated Return procedures. The automated system said I would be charged a re-stocking fee, so I called and confirmed I would NOT be paying anything to return an order I had cancelled. I was told the fee would be waived, and I received a shipping label.

"Ordered Atlas Tactical Pant with STS for work! These honestly are as good if not better than my 511's. Not dissing 511 but theirs are pretty costly and these match maybe exceed 511 at less than 1/2 the price. I really like the zippered cargo pockets vs a flapped. Much more practical for cargo which may (does) exceed the size of the pockets. LOVE the d-ring inside the cargo pockets too! I carry keys in my job but if the unthinkable happens; I don't need clanging keys announcing my location or approach to a threat/shooter. These pants are outstanding and Id recommend them to anyone considering them. They are excellent at shedding rain as well from my experience so far with them. Shipper very fast too. "

"Honestly, I have always had a good experience with LAPG. From browsing their site to ease of ordering. So far everything I've ordered fit and performed as advertised, with the exception of one pair of the last pants I ordered. Ordered the Terrain Flex straight fit jeans with a pair of Terrain Flex straight fit pants, both the same size. The video review of the pants said, "they fit very much like the jeans, so if you like the jeans, you should like the pants". When they arrived and I tried them on, the pants were too tight through the seat and also the calves. They may be okay if I'd ordered a size larger in the pants than the jeans, but I sent them back asking for a refund. Love the jeans though! "
