"LA Police gear has a great selection of parts with very competitive pricing. My only complaint was that two items were not listed as back ordered on the site prior to ordering. A customer service representative advised me on the expected turn around time which was pretty close. Upon continually checking the status of the order I saw that the items backorded was satisfied on 12/6. Those items did not go out for another week, and I was not until I spoke with a live representative to confirm the status and have the remaining order processed. This was my first experience with the vendor, so this could have just been overwhelming times with the holiday season. Overall, I would order again. "

"My latest purchase was the only one I had difficulties with. The product was great, but just wrong. My order was to be a pair of Bates boots6" short. I can't remember what the number was, but the order I received was an 8" boot with the zipper. Since it was on close out, I felt that I couldn't send it back, so I had to find a buyer, re-order and pay for the shipping. I ended up spending more than I had planned since the original order was free shipping. That won't deter me from ordering again. My expierience has been for the most part good."
