"LA Police Gear has let me down again. I own a small business who provides tactical training for certain units in the military and other law enforcement via the GSA schedule. I have repeatedly dressed my Staff in LA Police gear apparel, as well as ordered and outfitted them with other gear. LA Police Gear apparel fades, their collars on their polo shirts roll, and the shirts shrink. These are all things LA Police Gear specifically says they "guarantee" against. Bull crap. In addition, for the "final test", I again, ordered a "LA Police Gear Bail Out Bag, and two Mil-Spec Monkey patches. Two days later (DELAY?) I was notified that one of the Mil-Spec Monkey patches I ordered was on back-order (although the website said it was in stock), and that they weren't going to ship my order until it was in stock? Who does that in the Christmas season? Common sense would tell someone this might be a Christmas gift (it is) and I can't wait for it. Then I have to call and sit on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for their "Customer Service" to tell me that they will ship what they have in stock now, but it will be $5.00 shipping now, and $5.00 shipping for the patch alone when it comes in. Whiskey tango foxtrot, OVER!! This is ridiculous! So I say, "Just cancel the patch and send what you "can" send." This was Thrusday. Know when they sent my package? The following Tuesday. Ridiculous. I am done with LA Police Gear."

“I am very sorry for the trouble with your orders. I would like to address a few things here.
First - we heavily test all apparel and gear, and would not guarantee these things if they did not pass our tests with flying colors. We have heard from a very small handful of customers that if they wash & dry the item on hot it will shrink and cause the collars to roll. This may be what caused the issues with shirts.
Next - I was able to pull up your order and review it. I see it was placed on 12/6 (Thursday) and that you contacted us about the backordered patch on 12/7 (Friday). We canceled the patch per your request, and sent the order to the warehouse. It shipped out the next possible business day 12/10 (Monday) as we are not open on weekends. Tracking was emailed to you on 12/11 (Tuesday), but the package did in fact ship on Monday. I see it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow 12/12 (Wednesday). That means less than a week from the point of order to delivery.
I am very sorry that the patch you ordered was out of stock when the website showed it was available, and I will have those looked into immediately. For the inconvenience, I went ahead and refunded you for the shipping charge of $9.77.
