"Processing orders is really slow. I called many times and got a busy signal, when I finally got through I was on hold for a long time. Customer Service person was nice but I got excuses. My order was placed 12/01/12 and I was told I will not receive till 12/13. I paid almost $12.00 for shipping, this is not a way to run a business. Your website even states orders ship within two business days.....that is a lie. I feel if no one says anything you can not fix it...."
