"Haven't gotten the products yet but their shipping was ridiculous. I had some back ordered items and called to see if it could get the in stock items shipped. They said I could but it would cost five dollar processing fee. I had them take the back ordered items off so I could get my little boys stocking before we leave for Christmas. The original order was placed on November 30 and it was just processed to ship on December 9. This is just ridiculous processing time and am very disappointed in their service. I'm not sure if I will order from this company again."
