I did contact customer service and they gave me the option of getting the items that were in stock, shipped to me first and then have the other item shipped separately. But I was going to end up having to pay for shipping twice. LA Police gear offers a great selection of items at a great price. I have no doubt that they are a great website to order from. I guess I was just unlucky on my first order. Overall my experience was good, although I did have the minor hiccup with my items, they ended up being exactly as they were described on their website.
