"What an awful company to deal with. I ordered a few macroalgae which didn't arrive and messaged them a few times. Never received my order, nor an answer.
So I tried to get my money back with my credit card company, and see they are still alive. They disputed it so I don't get my money back either.
I will surely not order again here, to burn more money.

"I've received no contact from LAReefs for over a week after placing my order. I tried to contact them over three times to ask for an update on shipment. Not a single response. For such a modern website and seemingly great internet presence, you'd think responding to customers within 7 days after they pay for an order wouldn't be too difficult. I noticed that the "lot" order that I bought the website was placed on the seller's eBay account as individual items at much higher prices while he continued to ignore my emails. Pretty suspicious if you ask me. Eventually had to a file a dispute with PayPal to try to get my money back."
"I was worried I was going to have some vendor issues, due to the ratings they've been given. However, I went ahead and ordered some macro algaes. There was a slight (2 day delay) but they did ship well packed. The heat pack expired a little too soon, but the macro's were fine.
Specimens were in great shape, and price was good... so it all turned out good in the end. "
"I Just received my 3 anemones from LA Reefs and they are GORGEOUS! I hand never seen such beautiful colors on an anemone before. I was scared to order and have something shipped that far but I ordered them on Monday and they came in on Wednesday bright and early. You would pay ALOT more in a store for nems of this color and quality if you could even find any like them. This was my first order and certainly won't be my last. "
"I tried them because dr. Foster and smith was out of macro algae. I am still waiting to hesr from them or get a time when they will send. While still waiting I not only ordered three coals from dr foster and smith, but already received them. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for my order to be filled by lareefs.

"I made an order and paid but i recieved something different and less expensive then what I ordered. They asked for pics and I gave them pics. I didn't hear anything back from them. Wrote several emails but they seem to be ignoring me.Everything was packaged fine and got here in good time. But I will not be buying from them again."
