"Buyer beware. This company operates under many names. The orders are all from the same place but the websites are named differently. In most cases the screens are fine. The problem arises when you need a return or try to get in touch with someone. An exchange can take up to 4 weeks. If you own a company like I do don't fall for this place. No one can/should wait 4 weeks for a laptop to be repaired. "

Twice I had to return a screen to LCDs4Less as it was the wrong screen. I received a refund for the screen but not for the postage (which was almost as much as the screen) even though I was told that this would be refunded. They are extremely difficult to get in contact with. "
"I bought a laptop screen for my gateway. The customer service was very good and my screen is working fine after 3 months. I did not repair it myself. However I am glad that I bought my replacement from them.

I ordered a replacement screen from LCDS4Less, which was listed as in stock on the site, with 2 day delivery. After several days I checked the order status and it still said processing. Tried to call them, got an answering machine, left a message and got no response. E-mailed their sales address, got no response. Payment had already been taken from my credit card, by a Netherlands based company. Did eventually get to speak to someone and was told the screen had been in stock but then ran out of stock. Told them to cancel the order, am still waiting for a refund to my card. Doesn't look like it will happen, have started recovery proceedings with my card issuer. I would recommend that you DO NOT risk this company, lots of alternatives in the same price range. "
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Paid for 2 day delivery, ordered specific screen, they asked for clarification, again gave specific detail. A week later still no screen. Email them. 10days later the wrong screen arrives. Numerous calls and emails and they will not respond. Check other reviews and they all state same scenario! Total scam, having to make a claim through PayPal. I do not believe the few positive reviews are genuine! Dec 2012"

Ordered a 1900x1200 LG LP171WU3 (TL) (A2)...(originally ordered the TL B3) display for my alienware M17 with the premium plan and overnight shipping. Plugged in the moniter in a gippy, and i must say it is a beauty and very close in part number to the OEM one that i had. The service was excellent,prompt and the product is of A plus quality. "Absolutely awful customer service and product. I am not one to write negative reviews, but this service was atrocious. They sent me a screen that failed in less than a month of receiving it, and they refused to pay for the installation of having the defective screen removed and a new screen re-installed, even though I paid for a warranty. Despite the fact that FRY's sent me to them (the only reason I knew about them), they encourage you to do the installation yourself, and they say almost everyone does the installation themselves, which I have a very hard time believing. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone. "
