"Ordered 1st thing in the morning, hoping it will get shipped out same day. Paid using PayPal, then it doesn't redirect to their homepage for confirmation. So manually went to their site, and has no record of the order. Started their help Chat session, but 30 minutes later still no one. So sent email. After several hours, checked my email but no reply, and tried the chat support again, but no one available. Called them on the phone, by then it was already 3:40PM, spoke to the account manager. She said she got the order and the payment and the LCD will ship out today. Was she having a bad day as well? Because she wasn't very responsive, poor CR. Well, about 10 minutes after that, I got an email saying the order was cancelled and refunded due to part not available... They need to fix their website (cart) and inventory. Thanks, day delayed for our client."

"Ordered a screen (in the UK), which was delivered next day by FedEx. Great price, great delivery. Screen unfortunately displayed a black vertical line about 6mm wide in the centre of the display. Followed the instructions on website to get replacement and this is when I found out just how bad their after-sales service is. It took 11 (eleven) days to get an RMA (returns authorisation) number from them and this only after lots of unanswered phone calls and emails with broken promises e.g you'll have it by the end of today/tomorrow. The phone number listed on the invoice is unobtainable; the two numbers on the website are usually answered by machines and not one of my many calls has ever been returned. I did eventually get through to a human, who in fairness seemed to be very attentive, but who advised me that it sounded as though the screen supplied was not after all a compatible screen, they didn't have a compatible screen and a replacement wouldn't be sent. I had to mail the screen back to FedEx (???) at my cost and wait for a refund. 15 (fifteen) days after doing that I am still waiting. Definitely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with for service. And they still have the 'non-compatible' screens for sale on their site. I got a screen elsewhere for a bit more money and whole lot less hassle."

"Have previously bought LCD's from this company and had no problems with delivery or quality of product. in total about 5 purchases. Until last week. Ordered a screen, nothing exotic a standard 15.6 LED, didnt arrive next day. Or the day after. Rang, was told there was an internal problem and would be dispatched asap. 3 day - still no screen. Bought one elsewhere. Rang and asked for refund, was told would refund immediately. No refund. Rang again, told the same. Still no refund. Have now been forced to take action via paypal, they havent responded to that either! Would not recommend this company any more. We are a small computer shop, I really can't afford to have £100 of my money tied up in dispute, not to mention having to explain to my customer why a 2 day job turned into a week!"

"I had a great experience with LCDs4Less. I looked around at a lot of companies selling LCDs for cheaper and I was kinda suspicious. Many of them had tons of great reviews that all said the same thing, 'This is a 5 star review' or something like that. Obviously a few of those are OK but when there are a whole bunch it just looks fishy.

I chose LCDs4Less because they had the best shipping offer and they were located just one state over from me. My LCD was for a 2004 Dell and it works flawlessly! It was $60 less than Dell wanted for a refurb and it's new. To be honest it is only 99.9% the same but the difference was just a missing bracket for the inverter to attach to. The bracket wasn't really necessary and the screen works just fine with my old inverter! Not a single dead pixel after 2 months of use! This is huge because companies won't let you return LCDs unless there are like 3+ depending on the res. Another big selling point for me was the website. Too many LCD Screen websites just look cheap, like they were made on Word or something. I'm not spending $100+ on a cheap-looking website. LCDs4Less looks professional and was professional. When there was a mistake with my shipping I called and they rushed it Next Day Air, free of charge! Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. A+"
