"I have used LD compatible ink refill cartridges for many years for 3 different printers. They are reasonably priced and the service is great. They often have coupons for 10-15% off and free shipping. The ink comes within a couple days. They are easy to reach by phone and have always answered my questions and addressed my problems quickly. When my printer broke, they gave me refunds for the remaining unopened cartridges. When I had a faulty ink cartridge, they replaced in right away."

"LD offers discounts for people who purchase three ink cartridges. I took them up on that deal and ordered three. Only one of the three actually worked. I sent them back and asked customer service to call me. I was never compensated for the defective cartridges and no one ever called me. Normally, I never do business with a company with such behavior, but my wife ordered yet another cartridge for our office and I'm waiting with bated breath to see if it actually works.

LD might be great to other people, but to me they were abysmal to our company. Their customer service is well below average, bordering on "horrible."
