"The website says "Ships Same Day*" with the disclaimer "*Free shipping on orders to the contiguous U.S. Orders placed before 4pm PST typically ship the same day". I ordered the product on Thursday 2/6 and received my order confirmation at 1:12 pm. The product did not get shipped until Wednesday 2/12 and was received Thursday 2/13. We are only about 25 miles from the facility. When I see "Ships Same Day*" and I am placing my order on a Thursday afternoon way before the cut-off time, I think it will be there by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. I even called customer service and they could not tell me what type of shipping they use (express, 2-day, 3-day, ground, etc.). When I received the order it WAS shipped ground and I am assuming the only reason why we received it overnight is that we ARE so close to them. I will definitely think twice before ordering again. "
