"When I ordered the ink cartridge it said it was compatible with the Dell e525w printer. I received this cartridge and it did not work. It almost seems as though the cartridge is empty. I called Dell to ask for help and they told me it does not recognize this cartridge. I ordered a Dell cartridge to make sure the problem was not my printer. I am requesting a refund of this cartridge that was received from you but does me no good. Please respond asap.
