"After using LD ink for 6+ years in 6+ printers = (12) I have had only one problem with a HP 6830 printer which was HP's fault. HP changed something in the firmware which made non HP ink invalid.... Even though the problem was not their fault LD corrected the problem and sent me new replacement cartridges that corrected the situation free of charge. If they continue their good business practice they have a customer for ever"

"I have used LD Products for years for ordering inject and laser printer supplies. They are just the best. In December 2015 for some reason I ordered the wrong inject cartridges. In October of 2016 my wife went to replace a used up black and noticed they were the wrong ones. LD took the Dec purchase back and offered a refund of the unopened cartridges. That is super as far as I am concerned.

"I have used LD ink cartridges before without any issues. However, my Cyan cartridge's locking mechanism was broken right out of the box. I had not kept my paperwork because I did not think I would need it later, when I installed the ink.
It was replacement LD-CLI221C. It would have been nice to have a 1-800... to call on the box.
