"This company is not conducting business but will gladly take your money. I filed a complaint with the BBB in OHIO and will be contacting the State Attorney General. Calls are not returned and emails go un-replied to.
BBB states their calls and letters were not responded to either."

Got everything, but one of the "inserts" for the Mini Maglite was different and didn't work.
Left e-mail: no response. (1 week later)
Called: was told it would take a week to make a new version of the insert. (mid April)
2 months later (6/7/04), I was told they are waiting for parts to make it, and that I would get both the new and old version of the insert.
3 months after that in November-{5 months since initial purchase}, I left a voice mail telling them to please send me the old version if they are not near finishing the new version: no response yet.
Maybe the "JM45-5.0" is the updated version of the JM45?
It's difficult to get a live person on the line, but will keep trying........."
"I called and spoke to the owner about purchasing a 3-cell Epieon light bulb. The owner seemed friendly and knowledgable. He said it would take a week to get the bulb so I ordered one. Ten days passed without a delivery. I called and spoke to the owner and he said had computer problems and all my shipment would be delayed for another two weeks. Two weeks had past with no delivery. I tried to contact the store by email and phone multiple times over the next few weeks with no response. The phone machine was so full of messages it would no longer receive new messages. Then one day when I tried reaching the company again I found their website vanished no longer existed. I called up my credit card company and asked them to stop payment on my order because I thought the company bankrupt and the owner skipped town.
Yesterday (almost 3 months after placing my initial order) the bulb showed up in the mail. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I checked and their website is back online again. I tried the bulb and it is awesome."
