"LEDLightExpert has become a favorite source for lighting solutions. Customer service was helpful in answering my questions about installation. I ordered outdoor pathway lights with transformer, and they are both stylish and functional. appear very well made"
"All bulbs in the box function great, exactly what was expected. Haven't had any failures after a few months, which is more than I can say for similar LED bulbs available on Market. Great buy"
"Paul was great over the phone, had to call back a few times because I did not know the information on all the specification of my old lights but he really walked me through it. Made me feel like I was not just a number, happy I got Paul."
"More like shady business experts in the business of making money from customers. For the most part, they have no customer service skills, specially when asking questions via the chat. They're rude and words like thank you or have a good day are not in their vocabulary. In the quest to find a quality flood light my google search led me to the so called LED Experts. While, I did see some bad reviews having to do with customer service and shipping items, I ignored those and decided to order a light. The site tells you all in stock till you get the ordered item with a missing item. You call them and they tell you, yeah it's on backorder. So, fine, I waited and weeks later I got missing items.
Next, I ordered a bracket for another light. Which was also on backorder as I came to find out later. Months went by and no bracket. I called to see if a bracket that normally goes on a 50 Watt light fits on a 90 Watts light. They said absolutely not. To kill my curiosity I did order the bracket anyway. I received the bracket from a different online retailer. Sure enough, the bracket for a 50 watt light fits perfectly on the 90 watt light. So, these people are shady. They rather sell you a complete light with a bracket as a kit which I didn't need a whole another light. Shady disgusting people trying to make money on customers by giving answers that make them them the most profit. Last experience with them was I called to ask about buying a motion sensor by itself since it's listed on their site. I asked if this sensor is compatible with another light that I have that is a brand that they don't sell. A generic flood light none other. They said it won't work which is a shady answer since most if not all sensors work on any light if the electrical rating is met of course. To an electrician, this is trivial. And after much testing, their motion sensor works on any of the lights I tested. So again, they want you to buy an entire light. So, I said, well, I'd like to place order for motion sensor. The shady rep I was talking to said that if I placed order online most likely that order would be cancelled. I asked why if I'm paying money for it. He dared say because they're in the business of selling lights. What a disgusting bunch of shady people. I just hung up. Enough of them. Lastly, I got a refund on the bracket that never came after 3 months. 7 days went by and no refund. I called and their excuse was that the person in charge of giving refunds was out sick. So, 7 days later no refund and the grand excuse that someone was out sick. They dared say that they can't help that people get sick. I said, wow. You people are terrible with no business ethics or backup plan. The existing Kivo light that I bought does appear to be of good quality but because their customer service stinks, I will not buy from them ever again. When my Kivo light goes bad I will just put it in the garbage can even if it's under warranty.
What they don't want you to know is that a Nuvo light is the same exact light if not better than Kivo. The internal components are much better manufactured and better thought out. And you can find Nuvo lights on Amazon. "
"Very bright light. It is great to have at the backyard so that the entire area is illuminated."
"New lights for my garage, hopefully now my mechanics do not lose tools and complain. Way brighter"
"Great lights. Makes the room so bright. Working from home and the dark months are coming and I needed something to keep me awake and energized during the day. These are perfect and will definitely assist with seasonal depression. Great energy vibe."
"Slightly more $ than off-brand replacement LED corn bulbs, but the quality is better and I don't want to deal with going back up there. Good color, even lighting. "
"The size fits in any standard size socket like a regular lightbulb, and gives off the equivalent of a standard 300w bulb, but uses far less wattage, so the energy savings is fantastic. Plus, they seem to last forever. I've been using this type of corn light for a long time...even when they were very costly, and I still have some of those bulbs burning. To me, it's just a very smart thing to do....and this set is a great bang for your buck."
"220 watt orion II series dimmable LED lights are extremely bright, I bought one to test it for my wood working shop. I am looking for a LOT of light, these are perfect. I was very impressed by the construction, high end materials, and fabrication. I expected them to be good, but they exceeded my expectations."
"These same on energy consumption, fit title 24 requirements and are built really well. City and customer happy with the outcome."
"Paul was great at helping me find a 5000k light, that is title 24 complaint, specs needed were very specific so I am glad we were able to find exactly what was needed."
"Worked with Stuart on our little league lights upgrade, came out under budget and the lights looks great"
"Good photocell light that is not too bright. They even had the option of a dimmer switch but I knew 21,000 lumens would be just fine. If you have questions give them a call, I knew what I needed."
"Jason was able to find me exactly what I needed when I called in. Discussed the issue of having to mount under an eve and he had no problem finding me multiple options."
