Same with previous order, although that time, item (bike taillight) was actually postmarked 2 weeks later than date sent claimed, and arrived accordingly late.
Prices do seem unbeatable, and packing is adequate, though minimal--don't expect blister-packs or instructions. At least for these simple items, seems like excellent values available. "

"Ordered a slim class 1 bluetooth USB adapter to get the better 100 meters operating range.They shipped a class 2 adapter with an operating range of only 20 meters. A classic bait and switch to a lesser quality item. Led Shoppe did not offer to correct the situation. They replied crudly to ask how can one tell it's a 20m class 2 adapter. I sent proof (pics of the packaging with the 20 meter range clearly printed on it, plus a link to the same adapter stating it is only for 20 meters. Led Shoppe has never responded. They have not replaced the USB bluetooth adapter with a class 1 100 meter range. They also ship this with a version of Bluesoleil 1.6 drivers. When I tried to upgrade the driver to the newest version from the official Bluesoleil site a warning stating this was a pirated version appeared, contact the vendor."

"I have ordered the 3w headlamp. Well, after receiving it - I realized that the 3W is really a 1W. Don't be fooled that 3W can be 15$ ( shipped ) so stay away from that deal.

The headlamp is still pretty nice, comfortable fit, still cheapest 1w-er I have seen around. It also has 3 small LED bulbs so you can switch from 1W to 3LED source...

"This company is based in Hong Kong, the items are really cheap and there is free shipping. You shouldn't expect quality from any of these items; they work, but all the items I got are VERY generic. Everything you get from this site is most likely made in China. Also, you might get something that's a diff color than the picture on the website.

I ordered a bluetooth dongle, 4 in 1 pen, SD USB card reader, and a 4 port hub on 3/23/06. I signed up for the newsletter and entered the coupon code that gives free LED lights, I got 4 yellow ones (white LED), 1 for each item i ordered. I got the package in about 8 days, everything was wrapped in bubble wrap in a brown envelope. All the items worked well, though some of the colors didn't match the pictures, but I dont' think that's a big deal."

"Purchased 5 items from retailer - 2 small emergency torches LP1028, 1 hand press flashlight LP1027, 1 USB Bluetooth dongle, and 1 USB sound adapter. The 2 torches were not as advertised - they contained batteries, the "charging coil" did not connect to anything to charge, and couldn't be waterproof as the switch had a hole. The hand press flashlight was similar - contained 3 batteries, and the "generator" produced some power to make the LEDs flash in the flash light to give it the appearance of charging the battery....

The two USB devices was exactly as advertised. Both of them functioned fine; however, an user manual would have been good. But at these prices, I can't really complain about them.


Shipping was quick and everything arrived as ordered. Too bad some of the stuff that arrived was not the stuff advertised!
