"I ordered a pump and used PayPal to remit payment. PayPal sent confirmation that papment was concluded on the 15th of April. On the 18th, I sent a status request to Mr. Leufkens. No reply. On the 20th, I sent another request. No reply. Again on the 22nd, finally got a response that he was backed up and that I "might" be one the ones that he just serviced (he doesn't know?). Sent email on the 24th to let him know that I needed to get the item by the 26th or I was going to have to but locally to put the computer in service that was waiting for the pump. No response. Sent email on the 26th that I HAD to buy the part locally and if he had not shipped it, to cancel my order and return payment by PayPal, the same way he received it. No response. On the 28th, sent email asking for return of payment. No response. On 30th, sent email stating I had disputed Credit Card payment, and he and PayPal could duke it out.
Buy from him again? Yeah, right."
