"one of the items they sent me was defective and it was a bit of a hassle to get them to send me another one, the new one came in and it is in same condition as the first one and also defective, ridiculous
here is an example of what it was like, they said in response "how could the item be defective", well it is a parts soaker and it eats through the seal on the bottle and disolves it and contaminates the liguid, the next one they sent was the same way and i was not going to try a third, they made me submit photos of the defective item before sending me replacement, been hunting and ordering things online for 30 years, been satisfied up to now, but apparantly according to them i am the problem, hope you have better luck than i did with your order

“We have no idea what the customer is taking about. How can a Barrel Blaster Cleaning System Value Pack be defective? The customer did call us saying that some of the liquid in his Barrel Blaster Cleaning System Value Pack had leaked out, so we sent him another one (on his word that it had busted). We have not heard anything from the customer about the item being defective nor has the customer contacting us about the replacement we sent him. We tried to help this customer by sending him another item on his word that the first one had busted and leaked out, but apparently there is no pleasing this customer.”

"I didnt like the fact that when I called to pay for ammo I was talking to an answering service that asked for my credit card info. Then I was connected to the main office where I was sent the automated link to pay; that was fine. The ammo looked old, cardboard torn up and seemed wilted from excess humidity. I wanted fresh ammo not aged. Sorry never again and was overpriced too. Happy Holidays?"
