“Customer was charged $12 for shipping not $15. We list on all of our listings that we ship ups only and charge the exact ups published rates plus $1.95 for handling. There is even a link to the ups shipping estimator with all the information to fill it out. This customer obviously did not read the whole listing or use the shipping estimator, and blames us for his error. if you did not like our price then why did you pay for it. Apparently it was a good price since you paid for it.”
