I understand that mistakes happen, so I called customer service to get a return label and was then told that I only when they had received their product back, would they ship what I had ordered. I asked that they ship the same day, and was told that this was their policy and that was it. So I shipped the item back with the return label and then waited another week to finally receive the right products.
this will have an affect on my making any other purchase in the future, so thanks for finally getting the correct product to me."
