“We are sorry you did not receive your order. We have started a UPS claim for your lost package. We did send you an email with the tracking # so you would know when your order was going to be delivered.
You never informed us that you would like to have your order sent signature required or that you lived in a bad neighborhood. We will normally accommodate our customers if they let us know this ahead of time.
You ordered 2 standard magazines so there was no reason for us to send your order signature required without you telling us to do so.”
