"Website is hard to use, and not perfectly straight forward. Do not assume anything and read carefully! If it does not say it "is" something, it is not. {Twice I made this mistake…Once assuming they were clear labels and they were really white. Once assuming the box had 100x sheets and it only really had 50x.)}

Prices are fair, but "total product knowledge" is poor. I asked for templates for my labels and they "didn't know" and didn’t believe any existed. It is my opinion that they should be more knowledgeable in this area, being in the business of selling labels of various shapes and sizes.
