"Says it all, http://www.ag.state.oh.us/consumer_protection_enforcement/lls_technologies.htm
This is the updated link. Last post had a dead link. They did some changes to the Ohio Site. The last order date was changed from 2001 to 2002 cause I could not update the link because the transaction year feild could not be less then 2002."
"Well, I can see from teh reviews that business has gotten very bad in my year of abscence, or I was very lucky. I still get mail from these folks advertising products, but then again I have always done business with them C.O.D.
I have had some bad experience but in the long run I had good product delered on time except for a laptop unit that was ordered.
based on what I see here and the fact that the normal published numbers have been placed out of service I do not recommend anyone do business with this company.
I agree totally that they have a Customer relations problem in that the receptionist is very rude. When they first started you got directly to the techs. Their problems began when they added the receptionist.
Buyer beware."
"I bought a computer from here because they had a good price on one but I have not yet gotten it and it has been two months. I never got an invoice number or eny thing."
"This company has shipped my order out in 5 days when I was told 7. Excellent!! The computer works great and the sales people were very helpfull. I will defanatly order from them again sometime in the near future. Prices are soo cheap also!!"
"BUYER BEWARE. These foreigners are
out of business, but their web site is still up & running. You can order any thing your heart desires and they will take your credit card info, then take your money. That is as far as it goes.
The motherboard in my PC went up.
I tried to contact them for a RMA#.
Both phone #'s are disconnected. I sent out 14 e-mails over a 20 day period. NO RESPONSE. I hope that if they go back to their country,
they get what they deserve!"
"Didn't recieve an invoice, shipping number, nothing. Order is late and they're uncontactable via phone. A poorly run company indeed I would be ashamed to work for them."
"Man, I sure wish I would have seen this site before I ordered from them. They took my money and have now vanished from the face of the earth. I most likely would not have seen them as LLS Technologies, Inc. anyway because the company I called was named Mofidi Computers. The charge on my card was LLS though and the telephone number next to the charge on my statement has been disconnected. Looks like a long, drawn out headache for me to get my $540 back from them."
"This was about the most frustrating experience with a vendor I've ever had. I echo other people's opinions who have posted here. I had an issue where the CD that had the drivers for the system had become damaged. I had called for over two weeks asking for help. Each time no one was available and the receptionist took my name and number and said that someone would call me back soon. Each time I would wait and wait and not hear back. If I would make the cardinal sin of calling before the techs would arrive at 11:00am the receptionist would be very rude and hang up. Brilliant customer service. I made my final call today and let them know that my CD was damaged and asked how I could go about getting a new one. He responded that all I needed to do was to go to a website for the manufacturer of the motherboard, sound card, etc. and download the drivers. I explained that the drivers on the website in question only had supplemental data; the original CD was still required. He told me that a charge of $15 was required for a new CD. I asked what the cost included. He responded that they had no spare CD's for the drivers and that they would have to burn a new one. I asked if they had any spare CDs (which most vendors usually have). After a moment of hemming and hawing he said that they didn't which led me to believe they didn't want to provide it to me; again, great customer service. He then spoke to an associate and told me that they would have to remove one from an existing machine and burn a copy of it. I offered to send them a blank CD-R, along with my damaged CD, and have them send to me the replacement. No dice, I still would be charged a $15 fee. He laughed at me when I would explain that the drivers on the specified website were incompatible with the build of my system. The drivers would only work with a previous build. When I explained this, he said that he had never had a call about this and I was the first. I found this hard to believe, and after reading the comments here, I see this as par for the course for their customer service and technical support. I will not do any business with them in the future and will forward these comments to others as well."
"This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing online. They billed me three times and it took alsmost 2 months to get the order. They never took responsibility for the problems and did not return phone calls. A horrible, horrible experience and I will not order from them again."
