"I ordered Dewalt DC9091 Replacement Power Tool Battery by Titan and I received an email saying that my order would ship 11.27.09, which was 3 weeks later from the order date although there was no indication whether this product was available or not for shipping at the time of order. Anyway, I waited patiently but they never sent any update until I sent an inquiry on November 30 and asking for a refund.

They responded quickly to my request and refunded the money. However, I would not recommend to use this site for your purchase because their service is unpredictable.

"I ordered two jet ski batteries from this store on Thursday. I had called ahead of time and was told they would ship out next day (Friday). When I got no confirmation on Friday, I called Monday and was told they shipped. I then asked for the tracking number and was aked to hold while he got that for me. He then gets back on the line and says "they're shipping out today" and I would receive the tracking number shortly. I never received anything. So Tuesday I call to inquire about the order. Again I'm told they have already shipped. So again I ask for the tracking number and was put on hold again. Once again, he gets back on the line and says "oh they're shipping out today". I then just told him to cancel the order and I will take my business elswhere. He says "ok it's cancelled" and hangs up. Shortly afterwards I receive an email stating order has been cancelled. Well, today I check my credit card statement and they charged me for the order. I'll have to take this up with my credit card company if they don't promptly refund me.

Anyhow, I ordered from batterymart.com and my order shipped same day as I placed it. BatteryMart's prices are just as good if not better, their customer service is awesome, and they have great reviews on this site.

I would strongly advise against doing business withLMRBatteries who also goes by the name BatteryJack."
