"I ordered an item from this company using Google Checkout. It keeps up informed of the progress of my order. After two weeks, seeing that the item was not yet shipped, I called LNH sales. They then told me that the item was OUT OF STOCK. Three things I found very wrong with this. 1. The website had no indication that this item was out of stock. 2. They charged my credit card already. 3. If I didn't call I would have never known this item was out of stock. They told me the item was being shipped from the distributor. Two months later no item. In the middle of the second month the gentlemen said that the item was shipped but NO TRACKING NUMBER could be found. I waited two weeks and still no tracking number.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

"Placed order 6/13; it is now 6/26 and item has not arrived. Have called business numerous times & have gotten voice mail every time. Left 3 voice mail messages and have emailed company and have not received any response. Will report to BBB if no response by the end of business today."
