"Use Loragal a few times. Overall quite impressive. Delivery is very good. No items have gone missing. Packed well. Sooo much choice. Cut and quality of the clothes can b hit n miss, but what do u expect. Can't fault the service I've had at all, would definitely recommend❤"

"I ordered a dress from this store, it took a month to receive it and when I did, it's dirty (looks like mold on the bra area), very cheap and the color looks nothing like the dress the model is wearing. This is why I do not order online...Lesson learned. I will be returning. "

"I purchased a dress and the dress looks nothing like the product! It is poorly sewn and the material is so cheap! I contacted the customer service and had several emails back and forth. They gave me the options of keeping the dress and get a $25. Gift card. They then said I had to pay to send the dress back with the receipt, but of course it didn’t come with a receipt and if the dress was messed up in any kind of way it would be a problem. "I ordered a few things from their website. Received everything, except one item was hot pink instead of grey. I sent them an email with my order number, a screenshot of my order confirmation saying it was grey, and a photo of the item which was hot pink. They only offered store credit or to exchange it. I told them I didn’t like the item anyways (looked very low quality compared to what was on the website), and I wanted to return it, which their website says they do returns.

Then they asked me to send a photo of me wearing it. I told them that I already. Sent them photos. They then sent me a screenshot of my order with it saying I ordered it in the pink, which I most certainly did not. So I have now sent them screenshots of my entire order and nowhere on it does it say I ordered anything pink, I only ordered one of the item, and that item was grey, which I did not receive. I honestly suspect that they edited the photo to make me think I ordered that item. Why would my email from them say one thing and their system say another? Shady business. At this point I’m expecting that I will have to dispute it with my bank."

"The dress and matching bt I ordered arrived so wrinkled it was impossible to smooth out. Loragal ignored my request for return address and offered a small fraction of what I paid to satisfy me. I rejected their offer and finally returned their junk back to them. Waiting for a full refund. Questionable business practices, buyer beware. "

"I wish I could give this company zero stars, as they are unethical and do not adhere to their own conditions and terms. It is obvious that the only 5 star review was written by the company due to the location, the language and verbiage.

I ordered from the site, and then requested a cancellation within their own terms as described on their site:
"If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes."

I sent a message requesting cancellation, to which they confirmed my item was not finish processing and still in production, therefore according to their terms should have been cancelled. When I pointed this out, communicating I didn't ask for a status but a cancellation, they followed up with:

sorry to hear this news
Your order has been sent out and it is still in transit
We can't control logistics
Unable to cancel the order for you
Please understand"

Not only that, they kept sending this same reply after my rebuttal pointing out them confirming it hadn't been shipped or even processed the first time. This company is shady, unethical, and I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them unless you want poor service or to be scammed."
