He constantly berates customers and clients in front of employees. This company is not reputable and are known for having terrible customer service and poor quality products.

2. ***Have Dr. Joel Schlessinger, board-certified dermatologist, step down as CEO and President.*** He went to medical school, not business school. He has no idea on how to run a company properly and absolutely clueless on how to treat his customers with any kind of decency. I will admit, he's good at that. But in the end, it doesn't even matter if he is a good dermatologist when he is a ruthless, evil human being.
