"I interact with staff briefly at drop off and pick up. The staff that is in the back such as teachers do not speak to parents as we are entering and leaving. Asst. Director and Director are the ones that greet you and it's very brief as a hi and bye. A couple minutes maybe even twice a week on how your child is doing would be nice."

"Overall, it has been a positive experience. The teachers and staff really seem to care about my daughter and her well-being, safety, and education. I wish that the school wasn't driven by profits. Please refer to my experience previously addressed about being charged full price while my daughter was home with me during my 2 week winter break from work. I gave plenty of notice and was told not to worry about it, that the appropriate people would be informed. The calendar was not at the front desk for me to mark her out and the Director is not there when I pick up (around 6pm). I wish more effort was made by the school and person in charge at the time at the front desk to make the appropriate notes to mark her out and not charge me full price during that time. There was no effort made by them to correct the situation when I discovered that I would be charged full price because they were not notified in enough time before schedules were made. This felt like a really poor excuse and no accountability to own the oversight and make the fix or adjust my payment."
