"My mom experience with the school has been a positive one. I can call and check on my child at anytime or let them know if I have an issue and they’ll immediately do their best to resolve it. I loved the fact that when my baby was still an infant I could go in at my lunch break and nurse him everyday. I really got to know the staff and seen how things ran, while I sat with my baby for an hour. I wasn’t disappointed."

"Horrible experience especially given it was our first ever daycare experience and now both my child and I are completely traumatized I had to constantly worry at work if they were going to cut her hair again or get her bumps and scratches or if she'd be screaming when we got home when changing her diaper I was having to take photos and document every single day and that was very trying. I had high hopes and trusted them with my only child and they laughed in my face when I had a concern all around awful experience"

"My daughter is an only child who was very shy and timid with things who has 100% come out of her she'll thanks to her loving teacher Ms. Valdez. My sweetie was also very spoiled as it was just her and I for several months so her 'fear' of people has greatly improved with the school. She's even happy to see the girls in the morning and does not cry like I swore she would being away from me. I'm very happy with this school so far."

"My general experience with this school has been excellent to okay/fair. We began with an excellent experience that lasted about 6 months. The teachers were kind and nice in the mornings and constant feedback on BrightWheel. Yet, after 6 months I guess we were no longer new nor important. Our questions were ignored, no phone calls returned. New teachers were grumpy and showed they did not care for the kids but more to be on their cell phones. The teachers we did love were there but were moved around and so my daughter lost a really good teacher. She was very hurt and it took her time to be confident again in her class. The director is cordial but not professional in her manner of dealing with accounts nor concerns. We talked to her about not getting updates on BrightWheel and all she would respond with is tell the teachers. She was not a good leader hearing it all the time from teachers which is also very unprofessional and gave us doubts about the whole school. Our biggest concern was the lack of communication from teachers on BrightWheel and in person. We pay a lot of money for this extra service that is not updated or used. I am tired of complaining and so I will be looking for a new day care for my child. I am sad to say this because their are many wonderful teachers in this school but with out good leadership things fall apart."
