Our daughters are school aged now, so they aren't there as much, but it still feels like coming to visit a friend's house. "I am delighted with the place. Sandy, the teacher, not only has lots of experience but obviously loves the children. I like the ratio, the kids' access to the outdoors (grass and shade from real trees), the variety of activities. Best of all, my daughter is happy there."

"Our daughter has not been going to La Pe***e for very long, but after a somewhat lengthy search through several daycare facilities in the area we feel we have made the right choice enrolling her here. We like the multiple communications throughout the day and when conversing with her teacher or the director I feel they genuinely care about my child and how she is learning and growing as a person. I have asked my daughter many times if she is enjoying school and she always responds with an enthusiastic yes. If our work situations change we may be looking at enrolling our older daughter as well as we feel this would be a healthy location that would also encourage her to learn and grow."

"I think our first year teacher was great; very concerned about the progress of our child. Frequent turnover of teachers is a bit concerning for routine."

"Child care is the necessary evil of modern parenting. Overall a solid place to take my child. I hate having to leave her anywhere but at least I feel there is enough staff and oversight in a large facility to avoid major tragedy. My daughter loves most of the teachers, but still has not bonded with some. I do feel like she gets sick all the time from daycare, but I suppose that's anywhere. I often pick her up and her clothes are messy with food stains and her face/hair is plastered with dried food and boogers. It makes me sad to see her looking like that, but I know they are busy with lots of babies. We always have to go straight home to bathe and change clothes after daycare. Nap time there in the bright, noisy room is also a struggle with many days gone by without adequate naps, making for a grumpy baby as soon as we get home. For the price, I expected higher quality care."
