"Cristina and her staff are always wonderful, but we hate the corporate polices of not reimbursing us for all the gajillion Holidays, and occasional Snow days that close this place and require us to scramble to find other childcare arraignments for our children. Also, What is up with Registration Fees each and every year? Our kids are already enrolled here. Stop nickel and diming us to death."

"This is an amazing school. They do a great job keeping you in the loop and over communicating which is big for me because I’m a bit of an overbearing dad. They have a great curriculum that teaches a wide variety of subjects to the kids in and understandable concise way. Most importantly My daughter leaves with a smile everyday. Which shows me there caring for her properly would definitely recommend this school to all parents!"

"We have been really happy with our experience overall. The Director and staff have always been welcoming, kind and considerate with our child and with us as parents. It is easy to talk to them if a situation arises and they are communicative and responsive in situations that require action."

"Before there was a new director, communication was good and the turnover rate of teachers was normal for a care center. Then with the new director much younger teachers are being hired, and the care of our son and his education seems to have become worse. we are not sure the new teachers are even certified. Communication has gotten worse over time. So, the first half our child was there, things were great. The second half, we are not as happy."

"Teachers need Tobias the app more. Send pictures. Information about education. Taylor in the office is wonderful. She used to be my sons teacher before promotion to mgmt and he has not really connected to any other teacher. He has not really connected to other children. He is often alone and coloring."

"This daycare has offered stability, love, and familiarity to our children. They are welcomed warmly, they are cared for deeply, and the teachers ask questions when they need more information to help our kids. My daughter absolutely loves going, and I regularly am reminded of the generosity and professionalism of this facility. "As we are new, I don't have a lot to pull from just yet. So far we are happy with the school, and our child seems to enjoy his time there. I do wish we received more information regarding the lessons and the curriculum that is being followed daily. I would also like to know his teachers work days - it does seem that he has not had a lot of stability with his teachers as yet. An introductory email with photos, names and simple bios would be appreciated - I honestly don't feel familiar with more than 2 staff members at the school."

"Again I like almost everyone at the daycare. There is an older lady teacher that comes at the end of the day that my daughter loves. And also Mr.Jacob. However the one teacher I walk in literally hoping I do not have to see or speak to her because I don't even think it pops in her mind to pull me to the side in regards to speaking about my child. Or use the message up for updates like that. Even when it is in person there is still a lack of professionalism. And that daycare is too expensive to feel like that way about your child's teacher."

"We are actually moving from Colorado to Tennessee but this school has been nothing short of the best! My daughter loves it and had the best interaction with both students and teachers/directors. We will miss this school so so much! Everyone is amazing and I wish I could pack the whole school up with us and move it. I have also looked into the La Petite Academy’s near us at our new place because I only want my daughter to go to La Petite"
