"I am going to be very honest here. I really loved this school while Ms. Freedom was director. We know that she left for a reason but no one would tell us why and it was hurtful to our children when they lost this person that they so loved from their daily lives. When Ms. Freedom left the school unraveled and it was scary as a parent. There was no consistency with staff each week my children would have a new teacher, some of who seem to care little for my children's well being. We almost left the facility but had a difficult time finding another facility that was flexible with care hours. Finally Ms. Jennifer arrived and she restored our faith in the center. We now have consistent care again and have teachers who have our children's best interests at heart."

I don't understand why there is so much turnover there. And at our location in Aurora CO, you got rid of a wonderful director, WITHOUT notice, and our whole family was devestated. "We have loved LPA. Our primary concern at this time is that the director was recently let go. The above reflect our experience with the former director, who was the lifeblood of the school and major reason for choosing and staying at LPA. Communication with corporate about this recent dismissal has been very poor and we don't feel as though corporate has made it easy for parents to contact them about this. We are VERY disappointed with this development. We were given a phone number that was no answered, didn't even have a voice mail greeting, and never received a call back. There was no email contact option. While we've never considered moving our kids, this apparently heavy-handed action has us considering doing that for the first time in years. However, the teachers at our school are phenomenal and genuinely care about our kids. We feel very fortunate in that regard. Of course, a lot of that comes back to the center director, who selected and hired these individuals. To say there is a bit of trepidation going forward viz. any potential staff changes is an understatement."
