"I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had at La Petite Daycare. From the very beginning, the staff were rude and disorganized. They consistently failed to take parents’ concerns seriously and displayed a complete lack of professionalism.The director, Shantell, is particularly unpleasant to deal with, and the assistant director, Ms. Obese, is equally unwelcoming and grumpy. Their attitudes are far from the sweetness and warmth you would expect from individuals working in childcare.Mr. Scott, one of the staff members, is particularly concerning. He often sits idly, picking his nose, and lets the children run around unsupervised, giving the impression that he has no interest in being there.The overall atmosphere at La Petite is negative and unwelcoming. I would strongly advise against dropping your children off at this daycare. They are clearly in the wrong profession and fail to provide the care and attention that children need."

"My daughter is so happy go to this school. She loves going, she jumps up in the mornings and says school? The staff all know her and say hi and bye, she loves her teachers and the team. I love the crafts and activities-these are the things she doesn't get to do at home and she looks like she has fun in class on video."

"Day to day here has been great. The teachers are so kind, there's plenty of updates, and the meals and snacks are always filling. But when issues come up (and they will come up, moreso at this location than the other we were enrolled at), it will be a true nightmare to get anything resolved and you should expect to have zero email communication from the director. In person she's lovely and kind (at least to me, my husband has not felt the same connection), but the professionalism has a long way to go. Everyone has a long way to go in learning how to run a daycare business."

"Overall we’ve been very pleased with this school. Our daughter has made many new friends and really likes her classroom teachers. Covid has made it difficult for us to interact with staff. As of now we can’t go into the classroom for drop off and pickup, and it’s difficult to get an update on our child’s day from our child. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to move back to drop off and pick up inside the classroom. Recently there have been changes to management with a new director. The assistant director, Megan, is wonderful and we wish she would have taken over the director position. The new director hasn’t been very impressive. It doesn’t seem like she enjoys being there, we often see her sitting at the desk and not assisting her staff or spending much time with the kids. She’s been there for several months and she doesn't seem to know which child we are picking up. Overall we like sending our daughter and appreciate the teachers that care for her."
