"When we first started we loved coming here. I would have recommended anyone I talked to to attend. Now I feel that some of the teachers don’t understand how to interact/deal with children as they are trying to learn how to express themselves and their emotions. I feel that children’s emotions get swept under the rug or get the impression that they’re emotions are wrong."

"When we first started, it was a wonderful school. The director and teachers were companionate and you could tell they were really there for the kids. Since then, we've been through several directors, assistants and teachers which hasn't always been for the better. I hear teachers complaining now about the long hours and lack of pay. The director is mediocre, at best and has many double standards. She is more business side and wanting to get 5 stars, which I like the ambition, but it's not having the staff and kids best interests in mind. The assistant director, who just left at the beginning of the year is the reason this school has stayed afloat. The security of the school has also decreased tremendously. Rarely is there anyone at the front desk. The new assistant director hasn't been introduced nor has she taken the time to even ask who I am and what child is mine. That is a huge concern for the families who already have safety concerns outside of the school. Something needs fixed."
